Steph is a qualified Level 4 Personal Trainer with over 10 years experience in the industry. Fitness has been her passion from a young age and after trying Reformer Pilates, Steph fell in love with it and decided to qualify as a Pilates instructor. Steph is also qualified in Yoga, exercise referral, pre and post-natal and nutrition and weight management.
